Your computer is made of many sensitive components and delicate files. We have the qualifications and the training to diagnose and repair any fault that your machine may develop. It is easy to panic when you switch on your pc and either nothing or something unexpected happens, don't worry it doesn't mean the end of all your photo's or files, we can help.

The common belief is that if your computer goes wrong, you may as well go and buy another one because to have it repaired would cost the earth, well not with custom pc's! we will diagnose the problem and tell you how much the repair will cost and will return the machine free of charge if you don't want the work done, so you have nothing to lose in giving us a call!

our repair prices are usually £47 inc vat plus any parts that may be needed (parts are not always needed!) there may be a small additional charge for long distance call out or server machines. but as with all things, if the problem is simple the charge could be as small as £10! now that is not worth buying a new pc for is it?

 

 

Business Pc's Business machines need to be operating around the clock, we can diagnose and repair any problem your server system or client machines may have developed on site the same day, your network will be up and running with as little down time as possible. We are qualified to work on raid array set ups, scsi systems and also are experienced in windows server software.
Your client machines are equally important and we can provide same day repairs and a replacement if we need to take your machine to our workshop. This service is all included in the repair price, we do not have any hidden costs and tell you how much everything will cost before we start the work!

 

 

Computer Servicing

If you have a home pc or business server system, it needs to be serviced once a year to make sure it is operating at peak performance and has no faulty parts. we have developed an annual service that incorporates system diagnostic checks, hard drive optomisation, registry repair and general system maintenance, all for only £30 + vat.
